    Hello, when I activate the plugin on my website I get a critical error and can't access website or dashboard anymore:

    "Une erreur critique est survenue sur votre site. Veuillez consulter la boite de réception de l’e-mail d’administration de votre site pour plus d’informations."

    I have the latest version of WordPress.

    Hi,

    Please turn on WordPress debugging, and then check your server error logs for any useful information.

    Hi,

    The plugin Meta Box AIO needs the plugin Meta Box activated. You can rename or delete the folder meta-box-aio to get the access Admin Dashboard then install and activate the plugin Meta Box and activate the plugin Meta Box AIO after.

    I do have Meta Box activated already. The error is still here

    And please deactivate the plugin LearnPress to solve the conflict.

    Thank you but my client is using Learnpress and I cannot deactivate it. If I deactivate it I lose all his training courses contents. It's not compatible ? If not you should mention if before we purchase...

    I just spoke with my client and he cannot deactivate Learnpress so we can't use your plugin. Is it possible to have a refund?

    Hi,

    I understand the problem. The best way to fix it is by changing the plugin load order, to make sure Meta Box loads before LearnPress. So it will load the latest version of Meta Box (instead of the bundled version in LearnPress). Please follow these steps:

    1. Change the plugin folder name meta-box-aio to get access Admin Dashboard
    2. Change the plugin folder name meta-box to a-meta-box or something like that to make the plugin Meta Box loads before.
    3. Back to the Admin Dashboard -> activate plugin Meta Box then Meta Box AIO after.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Using this solution, I'm able to activate both plugins but I cannot access the Learnpress Settings page so it's still problematic. The same error shows on that page :

    The problem is only solved when deactivating Metaboxio. We would like a refund because we will use ACF instead that causes no problems like that

    I got it. The LearnPress team included an old version of Meta Box in their plugin and causes the problem. I'll contact them to fix this.

    In the meantime, I've issued the refund for you.
