    The user has started filling in a form and save it for completing later. When they go to edit the form it says they have 0 forms to edit - I have checked in the custom posts and the post is there but doesn't show up for the user. The author is correct. can you help please...

    front end submission shortcode: [mb_frontend_form id='garden-form' post_fields='title' post_type='green-care-site' redirect='http://sfgqualitymark.org.uk/user-dashboard/' submit_button='Save Your Form']

    dashboard shortcode: [mb_frontend_dashboard edit_page="10" columns="date,status"]
