I have a radio button for show/hide other fields in a field group added to page sidebar. The show/hide functionality takes 1 minute or more to show/hide elements. The fields it show/hides is only 4 or 5 - so it should be instant. All done with Builder conditional logic extension.
Well I can't exactly disable everything else because I've bundled it with my main theme plugin.
But I can tell you that my setup is:
FREE PLUGIN (aka the MetaBox.io you can download from WordPress plugins repo), plus:
+ MB Admin Columns
+ MB Custom Post Type
+ MB Term Meta
+ Meta Box Conditional Logic
+ Meta Box Show Hide
As for the fields themselves, none work i.e. all are affected after moving to version 1.6.18.
I have similar setup to Monden and I have tried disabling as much as I can and I believe it did start following an update as previously this wasn't happening. I use AIO and builder but only those mentioned above enabled. Do you have an email address I can send my exported block to, as I don't want to upload publicly?
