    Hello everyone. I think I am facing an issue with the WPML plugin and the metabox.io.
    I am using woo WooCommerce, and in one product I have two meta boxes with the file_advanced type.
    When I save the post in the primary language all the files that are attached in the secondary languages they just disappear. However, the text meta boxes remain intact.
    This does not happen vice versa.

    Do you know why this happens? Both metabox.io and WPML are on the last version.

    Dear @Ahn is there any news about that issue?
    I am asking because I have some clients sites that are not working correctly.
    I can re describe the issue to you.

    It seems that in a website with WPML and metabox io installed, when you save / update a post with some specific metabox types like image_advanced, file_advanced the primary language is ok however in the same post in the secondary languages that specific files disappear. However the other types of metaboxes like texts, wysiwyg are intact.

    Hi Archimidis, I've just checked with WPML and found that if you select the fields as "Copy", it will work well. I have made a video to demo it: https://www.loom.com/share/f18133cb6bcb46658599aa8060f66237.

    Please check that if that's your setup. If you have a different setup, please let me know.

    Sorry for the delay.
    I have everything set up, deactivate all plugins except metabox.io and WPML and unfortunately the problem persists.
    I go to WPML >> make the custom fields translatable and when I save the post again the metaboxes in the secondary language, their values are disappearing. The problem occurs only with the file and image upload fields.

    Hi Archimidis,

    If you need to enter custom value for custom fields of posts in secondary language, then you probably need to set not translating the posts, like in this screenshot:

    Dear Ahn, I talked a lot with the WPML and it seems that there is a small bug to be solved by them.
